  2. Application filing

  3. Examination

    Months 2–4. IMPI reviews and may issue office actions. We respond on your behalf within deadline.

  4. Publication

    Month 4–5. Published in IMPI gazette for opposition period. We monitor for opposition filings.

  5. Registration certificate

    Month 5–6. Certificate issued by IMPI. Valid 10 years, renewable indefinitely.
